"We just bought a house in Orlando. It has berber carpet in just about every room. The house has been rented for years and the carpets are filthy. Jim arrived on time, helped me move the furniture and explained the process. He was very professional; got to work and completed the job without a stop. I'm pleased with the quality and I'm sort of a perfectionist. A+ for carpet cleaning! <br /> Our lanai was filthy: built in 1992 and looks like it's never been cleaned. Manny and Gale arrived on time and did a thorough job. There was one area at the top that I thought they missed. Manny explained that mildew eats away the surface. I trust their judgement. It looks great. The screens look like new, the white frame glows and the patio area sparkles. They get an A. <br /> We plan to have both back in six months for a refresher. Also, we only did the downstair carpet, we need the upstair down. We also need the Florida room power washed. <br /> One more thing: Marie was very easy to work with. "The end result looks beautiful overall, however, close examination reveals many installation details which could have been more accurate. The job was complex because the tile runs from room to room and around corners. The installers did excellent in the layout plan since the tiles were properly oriented and flowed properly from room to room with no tile cuts or transition pieces required. The shortfalls were in the leveling of the tile to tile lippage and consequently the grouting is too recessed in many areas. These are rectified tiles and the grout should have been consistently nearly level with the tile surface. Also, they did not thoroughly remove the grout haze, this is a white floor and we are still cleaning grout haze after numerous cleanings. Our concrete slab was smooth and free of old thinset so our expectation for near perfect results were not met. The showroom is gorgeous, the selection is tremendous and you will find choices here you won't find elsewhere."

".I had 14 year old carpet, in good shape, but with carpet ripples in all the rooms of my house. I wanted to extend the life of my carpet by getting it professionally stretched. I called three carpet stretchers to get a quote. Douglas was 50% more than the lowest quote. The reason I selected Douglas was that when he was here to inspect my carpet, there was no doubt that he was the most knowledgable. He was the only one who actually got down on the carpet and lifted the carpet in a couple of areas to inspect the carpet and see where the seams were. You could see that he was figuring out how to stretch the carpet with the best results and least seams. The other stretchers, just walked around looking at the carpet. <br /> He showed up on time with an assistant and stretched my carpet in a very professional manner. You could tell that a lifetime of carpet installation/stretching experience equiped him to get the job done right. Douglas and assistant were very friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend and use him for any flooring installation needs in the future <br />"
