"Water proofing very good results. BUT Caution regarding floor repair from ANY contractor. Make sure you discuss what the floor repair will look like. Mine is not level, and Much rougher Than original floor. Another contractor said it was better than He typically sees. This was done several years ago. Sorry about the late review."

"When you hire a General Contractor for a large job it can be risky. Everyone has heard the horror stories. If you hire Dave's company you will never have to worry about that. He was always on time, did a very professional job completely renovating my master bathroom and turning into 2 separate bathrooms. "Safe Basements have been a complete joy to work with, the customer service was professonal and friendly. The assesser was honest, no up selling or down selling. They finished the project 2 weeks after booking. The workmen were effiecent, made sure to cover everything so nothing got covered with dust, they even swept!
