"I hired Dmitriy from Diamond Exteriors to replace the old vinyl siding on the exterior of my rental property. The siding had been torn up by a previous tenants dogs and was an absolute mess. Dmitriy was extremely professional throughout the process. He quoted a fair price and got the work done much faster than I would have expected. The final product looked amazing and gave the house a totally new look. I will absolutely be hiring Diamond Exteriors again for any future work I have. Highly recommend you cannot go wrong with them!"

"Like most contractors they were scheduling jobs about six weeks to two months out due to the prolonged rainy season. Unlike the GNHI crew that did our windows these guys were sub contractors. No problem. They showed up on time, worked like champs tearing off two layers of siding when we thought we had only one. They recommended new soffit because the old, cheap junk kept cracking whenever they touched it, so we did a change order and had them wrap the fascia boards also. Roger was to able to get the changes done at a fair price and with no hassle. I can't say enough good things about the installers. Quality work and attention to the smallest detail left us with a house that looks like new."

"Serg did a great job repairing our siding! He was very responsive, his estimate was reasonable, and his work was efficient & high quality! Would definitely use him again!"

"After doing much research I decided to go with All Exterior Construction. High quality work with affordable pricing! Vlad and his team showed up on time, always communicated if there was anything I needed to know. Definitely recommend!"

I was blown away by their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. They not only met my expectations - they exceeded them! I wholeheartedly recommend Cali Siding and Windows to anyone looking to transform their home. Their craftsmanship and customer service are second to none. I'll definitely be calling them for all my future home improvement projects!"

"I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. At America's Dream HomeWorks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything! You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well. My contract from the pre-pandemic months was honored, there were no hidden fees or late penalties, and everything was in-stock and ready to go when the country opened back up again. Phone calls with Julie over the past months, talking with Alex and Vlad at the house every day, it made it seem like ADH was part of the family. This was not the "typical contractor" experience I was expecting. Everyone gave a little extra oomph to make sure I was in love with my bathroom. Thank you!"

"Excellent work replacing our house siding at a competitive price. We are very happy with the entire experience they were on time and worked hard to get the job done. Thank you."

"Owner,Dmitriy is a nice guy but you'll only see him when he presents the contract and for progress payments--not supervising the job. Don't be in a rush to sign the contract.Ask him to leave it with you to read for a day.Be detailed about your expectations-amend if needed to make sure all is clear and all understandings are in writing.CA law allows lesser of $1,000 or 10% total project cost as down payment,no up front material payments allowed till delivered. Do not pay more. You'll deal mostly a project manager -at the job site mostly, but not always.Their "signature method" of installation may not be what you want. There were different workers in and out of rotation and we had to be there every day to make sure installation was done to our liking, otherwise, things were just done and had to be redone later. All the workers were very nice and want to please, but varied in their skill and experience. Caulking and painting was just satisfactory, not their strongest suit. We are left with some ugly areas of caulking that we hope we won't notice as time goes on."

"My husband a I recently bought our first home in the summer of 2018. The first improvement on the list was to repaint. All the walls throughout the house and the master bedroom baseboards were painted a very unpleasant brown. Being someone who grew up around construction and worked for a remodeling company I have a good eye for quality work. Custom Applications Painting exceeded my expectations. Our initial consultation was wonderful, they understood my vision, preferences and helped narrow down my color choices. When it came down to getting the job done Custom Applications Painting were quick, efficient and respectful of our space. They even made our deadline before our housewarming party. I had several friends and family members complement the work they had done and some even took pictures. Our house is now a home thanks to Custom Applications Painting. I will be working with them again on our next project!"

"Contacted the company through Angie's List and promptly received a telephone call. I had a laundry list of 14 minor home repairs, and the person I spoke with listened to the first six or so and set up an appointment for 10:30 - 11:30 the following Monday. The work was subbed out to another contractor, who arrived around 9:45 a.m. (That was fine with me.) Here's my list and the work performed:
New caulk for bathtub in second bathroom - caulking done around the edge of tub, but not where tub meets floor
New caulk for master bedroom shower and toilet - caulking done around the edge of shower, but not where shower enclosure meets floor
Replace door knob into gargage - completed
Replace door knob into laundry room - completed
Fix weather stripping at bottom of front door - completed
Fix master bedroom closet door - not completed because contractor didn't have planer
Fix light fixture in the hallway - Said completed, but not completed (Light fixture was cleaned but not fixed)
Fix leak in master shower - completed
Fix smoke detector in hallway - completed
Affix dishwasher housing to cabinetry - completed
Fix second bedroom closet door - Said completed, but not completed (he smacked it so it got back on its track, but there's still a problem because the door won't roll smoothly)
Fix freezer door handle - Not completed, but he gave me the number of an appliance repair person he recommended
Rewire vintage lamp - Not completed; he said it wasn't necessary
Fix sliding glass door lock - Said completed, but not completed (I ultimately had the lock replaced by another provider)
The person who performed the work was friendly, competent, and quick. I wish that all of the items on my list had been completed, but am happy with the work that was done.
