"We have a contract that we pay monthly for any plumbing and appliance repair, like a home warranty. The guy came out the second time and told my wife that if they couldn't get it fixed they would buy a new dishwasher. So they rank very highly on my scale. 

What I like about them is that they do get the job done, but what I don't like is that you can describe in as much detail on the website what the problem is. But it's kinda hit or miss on whether they are have the necessary parts to fix the particular appliance. They almost always have to do second call or buy a part. So like with our dishwasher, they came out and sort of diagnosed the problem but they had to get the motor and things so you can be another week or 10 days with out the dishwasher. Which is not the end of the world. I understand why they don't do that because it could be expensive to buy the parts for all of the different machines that you are servicing."

"my dryer was not heating and making some kind of noise ..i called appliance repair leaders the guys over the phone were nice and set me up for the next day in the afternoon (after my work). sammy called ahead .shewed up on time figured that the dryer needed a heating element and some kind of drum roller .he had the parts in his truck and fixed it in 30 MN .also he cleaned it for us ..thumps up..i will use them again for my other appliances .

"The professional team at Servicemaster of Arlington came to our home quickly after our laundry room sink overflowed and caused water damage in our basement. They assessed the damage and had the carpet pulled up with fans blowing in no time. They told us exactly what they were going to do and then proceeded with the work. They recommended using the fans for several days, but we were headed out of town on a business trip. They put a lockbox on our door and came to remove the equipment when the carpet was dry. I don't think that I would have trusted anyone else to do this work. 
Servicemaster worked in our home last year when we had water damage to the kitchen and they did a fabulous job then as well. They are prompt, reliable and pleasant. I highly recommend this company.
