"Everything went good till there was a problem after the installation. the bar part of the kitchen counter top was not secured properly and their was about 1/2 inch of movement up and down. I called Sublime and the manager said that it was put in according to industry specs. i asked them to come out and look at it and he said they couldn't come to look at it and fix it for 3 weeks as they had other customers scheduled. i had another counter top installer look at it and they told me it wasn't the best way to install it and that the glue that was used was not the right glue and appeared to be caulk. They fixed it correctly and only took about 1 hour. I was very disappointed as to the way the manager talked with me about the issue and his reluctance to even come and look at the problem for 3 weeks. Service after the sale is lacking."
