"On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! Robert, the owner of RCâ s Plumbing, replaced a leaking 75-gallon water heater (with recirculating pump) just yesterday and his quality of work from start to finish was truly superb! His attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout every step of the project, including the mitigation of mold and reinforcing the raised platform that the heavy (approx. 620-lbs, filled) water heater sits on, is honestly second to none.
