"I contaced Trent who came out and gave us an estimate on cleaning and staining our fence and deck. They were prompt and very professonal. We had many emails for contact, which they were prompt to respond to. There were a few delays with the weather and timing related to the project. They arrived when they said they would, they covered those areas so as not to get the stain on them. After the project was completed, we discussed the coverage, they came out that same day, recoated the deck and everything was done to our satisfaction. "Company was responsive to my phone calls.   Gave me a detailed written estimate.  I had already been to their website and had learned quite a bit about fencing.  I had received a total of five quotes and this company was the only one to point out that a permit was needed in my city.  Other contractors, when asked about permits, had lied and said they weren't necessary.  That was a black mark against them.



The crew came out as scheduled on a Thursday morning and demolished the existing fence and dug post holes for the new fence.  They installed a temporary plastic fence and left.   A truck delivered materials around 11 am and the crew came back that afternoon and set the posts in cement.  They were back at 7:30 on Friday and began to assemble the fence.  It was made of Western Red Cedar with cedar rails.  It was finished with a cedar top cap and a pressure treated rotboard along the bottom.



After a week, I noticed that one of the boards had split vertically, and they came out and replaced the board. The fence looks good and passed it's permit inspection!

Prime Fencing quoted me a turnkey price of $1500 to install an iron railing around a small 5'x6' front porch, and hand railings down both sides of four steps. Although I did not use Prime Fencing for the small job I needed done, I appreciate the time they spent answering my Angies List comments. The next time I need any fencing, I will again call Prime Fencing for a quote. I don't always use the least expensive provider, but on that one house I really needed to cut costs. Thank you Prime Fencing, and I'm sure we will be doing business in the future! The vast majority of companies do not take the time to answer a review if they did not get the job. These folks are true pros. Give them a call for a quote!"
