And upon getting the bill was pleasantly surprised that it was as expected. Fully expecting the typical "other fees" or more time than what was really at the home. They tried for what seemed like hours, they finally had to remove the toilet to discover the problem. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. I called them one morning and, after I had initially scheduled their first available appointment for a day or two later, the plumber (Scott) was able to come by later the same day. The plumber evaluated the work, discussed cost-performance tradeoffs for the leaking valves and sink drain accessories, purchased the parts, and installed them and connected the sink and faucet.
