"This was by FAR the best experience I?ve had with an HVAC company. Customer service line was quick, easy and helpful. The service tech Ronnie Austin was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions with patience and I was able to understand everything he explained. I now have more confidence in my system and services. I will definitely remain a customer for years to come and give many recommendations. Thank you Annette Hales !"

"I’m a builder and Blake HVAC installed the ductwork and air handler. Did it in a half a day and everything was clean."

"I’m very pleased with my experience! The package unit I had needed replacement and what I had in mind was to move the new unit to a different location which I guessed would be more complicated. With my other quotes I had the sense they weren’t happy about taking that on but these folks basically said yeah, it will be, but this will be a challenge to look forward to. I like that. Beyond that the project was done on time and this new system is great! I’ll be looking forward to having them maintain this system over the years."

Who is Space Heroes? Before there was a company, there were two soldiers learning what it means to be counted on.\n\nBrandon & Stephanie met in the Army. No lightning bolt across a crowded room, just a teammate named Bamba and a teammate named Young, building trust the slow way: long days, hard tasks, rep after rep. A deployment to Iraq together, leading a team with no safety net. Out there, reliability stops being a word on a resume. It’s whether the person beside you shows up, every single time, when everything is on the line. They did, for each other. Friendship quietly turned into forever, and nobody who knew them was surprised.\n\nHome brought their daughter, Haven Rose, and a new definition of success: being there. When Stephanie lost her father, a New York State Trooper who answered the call at Ground Zero, they stopped waiting for someday.\n\nSpace Heroes Heating & Cooling is what they built with that lesson, right here in greater Huntsville.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

On June 13, my air conditioner that services my upstairs failed (breaker kept tripping).  Called my home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) and they assigned AL Comfort Experts to troubleshoot/diagnose issue.

On June 15, AL Comfort Experts came out as scheduled and identified that my compressor had locked up.  They reported this to Choice Home Warranty to effect repair/replacement of the compressor but CHW stated to me that it was reported that my unit was  'not well maintained' by AL Comfort Experts.  I contacted AL Comfort Experts and they not only told me they reported my unit had been 'well maintained', they also wrote/sent me a letter to that effect.  My issues lie with my warranty company, not with AL Comfort Experts.  I had several conversations with the owner Terry, for we both were a bit irritated with CHW.

So, after several days of fighting with CHW over getting my unit repaired under warranty, it became clear that they would not replace my failed compressor, despite me providing them with almost 6 years of records of maintenance.  They actually told me if it had been serviced the week before, they still would not cover it.

It was through my conversations with Terry that I found them to have a high level of integrity.  AL Comfort Experts is a wonderful family owned company with many years of experience.  I found them to be very honest, forthright about the issues with my air conditioner and they provided me with a couple of options (repair or replace).  After comparing the costs, it was clear that replacement of my Trane compressor (proprietary and expensive), it was much better to do pretty much a complete replacement, as my current unit was 15 years old.  Made no sense to repair at this point.

On June 23rd, Terry (owner) of AL Comfort Experts and an employee came out as scheduled and did a wonderful job of not only installing my new unit and removal of my old unit, they did a top notch job of cleaning up.  Their costs were exactly what they quoted me (no one likes surprises).  There were very professional, came in a nicely marked vehicle, and introduced themselves upon arrival.  They answered all my questions I had and were meticulous in their work.  I especially like the system he provided me (Westinghouse) and explained the warranty to my satisfaction.

I have already given them permission to use me as a reference and have also hired them to do the servicing of both my Goodman main package unit that services my downstairs and the new Westinghouse system that services upstairs.  They have my highest recommendation!
