There were some edge ceiling tiles that needed to be removed to reach the power line and Bill did very clean work with the removal and disposal. Bill showed cross sections of the older range power line and the new line installed, describing the differences in insulation and safety features of the newer line. Bill went above and beyond by detecting the wrong cord on the new range, and replaced this with the proper range gauge power cord. Bill also helped us to correctly position and level the new range appliance. "Brad was a true professional. After his diagnosis of the issues, he clearly laid out his plan and what needed to be done to install our new outlets. He provided price options for other improvements we could make. During the project, he had to fish through our fireplace and walls, and did so very carefully. For the holes needed for the fishing, he patched up perfectly. We now have an outlet on our stone fireplace (for a mounted tv) and another for gaming consoles and other peripherals. "Everything went well. Some of the outlets and switches connected to one of the new breakers went out but the breaker did not trip. After awhile the power to those outlets and switches suddenly came back on. Jordan came back out to inspect. The wiring in most of the house is very old and he explained and showed me the differences. He gave me an Amprobe and explained to me how to troubleshoot should the power go out again without the breaker tripping. This will narrow down and possibly identify where the chain is breaking in the power."
