"Jack was very responsive, personable and professional. I had some tiling and grouting issues around my pool/spa. Jack was willing to perform the repairs while the pool companies would only offer a complete replacement of tiles and and coping at 10 times the price. As far as i can see he did a thorough and professional job, and it certainly looks very good. However with pol tiles you don't really know until until they have undergone a winter under the cover. If they are still intact next year I'll up the value for money and overall score to 5"

The kitchen tile was cleaned and grout had some permanent stains so spot color sealant was used. Overall, it looks great but would have requested the entire grout be color sealed. A clear sealer was used. Our grout had not been professionally cleaned, sealed for 10 yrs. They didn a great job and would use again."

He tested 3 areas with different cleaning solutions to determine which product to use. On difficult areas he used a different cleaner. The floor came up great as well as our granite tops. He also finished a marble tabletop for us. We highly recommend him, he is also very personable to work with!"
