"A+! THIS IS HOW SERVICE CALLS SHOULD ALL GO! I was given a service window between 9:00 and 11:30 am. To my delight, Eyal, the technician from Aviv Appliances arrived at 9:25. After explaining the problem, he immediately diagnosed the problem of a clogged condensation drain line, showed me where the problem was, what was causing it. He fixed the problem and offered a simple remedy to prevent future occurrences and the need for a service call. Additionally, the dishwasher was leaking during operation, and I was worried that the seal or gasket had gone bad. The technician diagnosed the problem as a dirty spray head and that the way dishes were loaded blocked the spray rotation. He cleaned and reset the part, returned it to its place and showed what to look out for in the future. The technician also offered tips for routine maintenance to optimize performance and cleaning. I have dealt with a variety of technicians in the past, some even replaced parts unnecessarily and charged for the "extra" labor. All I was charged today was the $99 minimum service charge I was quoted over the phone when making the appointment. I will not need service on these appliances any time soon, but his honesty, professionalism and willingness to offer advice left no doubt in my mine who I am going to call next time for any appliance service. The name of the technician who came out was Eyal."

"Alpha & Omega PMR did a good job with repairing my window I was having a draft come thru my front window and because the window balance was off he was able to rebalance the window and repair the spring loads as well as replace the locks and clips to repair it, saved me a headache of replacing the entire window frame. I highly recommend his services, legit and honest work. 10/10"

"Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

Dan is a very pleasant and knowledgeable "gentleman" who works very hard at explaining the tasks that needed to be performed. When the work was scheduled to be performed, the installers were knowledgeable professionals, who showed up on time and worked long hours to get the work complete within the two date estimate.

The work was done with respect for my property and without undue interruptions. The installers were also very pleasant and informative.

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.

There was much attention to detail in installing the new shingles, and necessary unexpected repairs that were identified were done without delay. The workers are efficient and effective. "Wesley’s prices are competitive and was willing to do a compete service including cleaning the soffit. We have a second story over hang with columns that were chipping and peeling. Wesley talked about the process of power washing, sanding, and painting. Everything went well and looks great. We also have 2 bay windows with over hangs that were white. We had them painted bronze. The finish looked a little more matte than we expected so I called Wesley who was very responsive and he explained that the brand of exterior paint only had satin or a gloss finish. We wanted to try the gloss and he was happy to repaint it. We were happy with the results and would use Wesley again"
