"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! "We had a leak in the main water line which had to be repaired quickly as it was cold and we were concerned about the main line breaking. I reached out to ASAP Plumbing & Home Improvement and Samba responded immediately. Since he was in the area, he stopped by for an evaluation. Samba is very courteous and friendly and replaced the pipe and the valves at a very reasonable price. Including a trip to the hardware store, Samba completed the job in 40 minutes, tops. "The plumber who was sent out was on-time and efficient in diagnosing and repairing two minor issues. Cost was reasonable for the work done. However, the main office seemed to disregard what I had described to them over the phone and the photos I sent -- the plumber was expecting a leaking sink, when the issue was a leaking toilet valve and a sink missing a tail piece. The main office does get bonus points for contacting my management company (condo!) to coordinate a shutdown of water to my apartment line to facilitate the repairs, even though this proved unnecessary. Overall would recommend and would use again without hesitation."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
