"Miguel installed 2 new iron railings for us, one from the garage to the house and the other on the front door steps. Both look attractive and were installed neatly and efficiently. I recommend his work product. The project price was also very fair, and we did not have to wait long to have the work scheduled and completed."

"We are completely delighted. Everything went perfectly. Danny, our sales representative, was great at explaining options, and was always available for questions. The expert installers, Andreas and Dmitri, were fun to work with, responsive to our requests, and even installed our new doorbell. I look forward to working with this excellent company again for new windows."

"We hired Salvador as a general contractor to renovate our kitchen and remove the living room and kitchen popcorn ceilings installed by the previous owners. Our quote only included the labor. We purchased separately the materials, appliances, cabinets, knobs, tiles, backsplash, countertop and lighting fixtures etc. From the beginning of our interaction with Salvador we liked that he was responsive, flexible with design changes and transparent about his work. Over the course of the project, Salvador presented all the receipts for any additional materials he purchased, he explained how all materials were used, he told us the plan for the next work day, he sent pictures of his daily progress, and he was easy to coordinate deliveries of appliances and cabinetry such that there were no missed appointments! On a few instances when specific aspects of the project came out different than expected, Salvador made the adjustments we wanted even if that meant that he had to re-do a day’s work. Overall, we had a great experience and are going to count on his help with future projects. Our kitchen renovation and new look get praised by everyone! "

"When Frank delivered my cabinet doors and drawers all I could say was "WOW". They came out amazing. My thirty year old cabinets look brand new! I keep getting raves from family and friends who have stopped by. Frank was easy to work with. Arrived on time for our first appointment, went over everything with me and answered my questions. He answered the phone whenever I called him, and responded to emails promptly. I never felt ignored or forgotten. I would definitely not hesitate to use The Refinishing Company again."

"Outstanding craftsmanship and quality build on a raised masonry terrace with custom kitchen and fireplace. Completed repaving of driveway, irrigation, lawn install and plantings."

"Mr.Barton installed a wrought iron fence for me. He provided exceptional customer service, was punctual and knowledgeable. The wrought iron fence was finished in the time frame i was given and was beautifully and professionally done. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Iron Works to anyone in need."
