"Ugly grout make any room with tile look dirty, even though you've cleaned!! Second time having Groutsmith refresh our grout. 1st our home, 2nd a rental. Now the rooms look fresh and clean. Very reasonable pricing and they hang around, with no rush, for you to go over and jump in when things are pointed out. Recommend them and will use again in the future!"

"Beyond expectations! Very hard workers! Got to my condo and went straight to work, worked without break for four hours straight. It’s a 3 member team (husband , wife, and adult son). They work so well together. Went above and beyond. Helped me go through my entire closet getting rid of so much accumulated stuff; reorganized my closet, and hauled all of it away for me, in addition to deep cleaning everything. My condo looks and smells amazing!!!! I’ve already booked for a monthly visit. Had absolutely zero concerns about them in my home. They were very respectful of my property and my two chihuahuas following them around! Great price for four hours, 3 employees. Better than other estimates that were for one or two and very limited services. Others did very basic walk through cleaning and wouldn’t move anything to clean under-even on countertops-only wipe around. This team lifted up my couch and mopped under it too!!!!"

"Rayanne and her team do a fantastic job. They’re reliable and deliver a quality cleaning every single time they come. Would highly recommend them."

"Best cleaning my place has ever seen, went above and beyond people who charged me double her rate!"

"Awesome service!!! Extremely professional and always does an amazing job. My home has never been so clean and smell so fresh!! They also do my vacation rental and I haven't had a complaint yet!! Highly recommended."

"A lady named Sami did an awesome job of cleaning up my home after tile demolition. Worked very hard and did a great job."

"I have been using her since 2008 and to date, she has performed 383 jobs for me.. It's a family business. Other than Sundays, she is always on call. She doesn't clean around furniture. She actually moves and cleans under it. She is honest, trustworthy and reasonable. The minimum charge is $50 and rates are by the room or pieces of furniture. Spot removal is normally $10-$15 and high rise building are an additional $10. No one else is allowed to clean our carpets - she is that good. If she can't get a spot out, it's not coming out. She routinely finds and points out stains, wear and tear, and offers suggestions for long term maintenance.

"Well missy & her employees have been coming into my house for about a year now like I said but her & her workers are always very polite and sweet and always get out of the vehicle ready to work good with good attitudes & smiles always ready to bust butt in everything they do no matter what it is they're working on! I love the extra care & effort they put into cleaning, maintaining, & now pressure washing!"

"Doug was easy to work with, and the floors look good"
