Tile setter

I've been doing home repair for more than 10 years. I've seen the ins and outs of building from the ground up. My skills are mainly focused in carpentry and finish work. I have worked all over the panhandle, just making repairs along the way. Let me get your house back to how you want it!

"On time. Friendly. Beautiful work. Canâ  t even tell the cracked grout was replaced."

"I normally do all renovations on my own for cost & OCD reasons, but had to hire out a few jobs as a moving deadline was coming up. If I had known about Vacslav years ago, I would have hired all my tile jobs out to him. I'm happy when I get tile cuts to ~1/16", but Vacslav's were to about 1/32"...in other words, the quality was better than I expected (he worked every last detail), in about half the time it would have taken me, and at a fair price. Additionally, Vacslav was a pleasure to work with - he was very responsive (really unusual in our area), always on time, worked full days, and understood exactly what I wanted...couldn't be happier with the process & outcome"

"Hurricane Damages occurred on the roof. This was more than realized when dripping noises, followed by ceiling stains happened. When we notified David of this he and his crew came right out. By the way - they were on their way to be fitted that day for Wedding Tuxedos. I could not consider going to any other roofing company, other than David Keef Roofing. They Always exceed our expectations."

"We are so pleased with how everything turned out on our pool pavers. First Globe Stone did a wonderful & beautiful job. The colors are perfect with what we had envisioned. The owner made great suggestions for us that helped the overall appearance to be spectacular!!"

"TCR Flooring and Tile did an excellent job on my kitchen and bath renovation. They showed up on time everyday and completed the work in a timely manner. The craftsmanship of the work was also excellent. Highly recommend."

"Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas.
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors.
Yes,  the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that  installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.
I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER!

"The remodeling of the bathroom was beyond successful. The shower tiles and floor tiles look great and smooth. It was completed quicker then I had expected. He was wonderful at communication and making sure everything was perfect. I would rehire again for my next renovation job. THANK YOU!"

"Cost was higher than expected, but to be fair so was the degree of damage from the original installation. All work was done quickly and done very well. Very pleased that there is a 3 year warranty as well. Would definitely recommend this company"
