"Saturday, 4:30PM, 40F and rain, the wife comes in and says "The pool pump is not working". Sunday the temperature will drop to 20F. I am pretty mechanical minded and have replaced just about every part on the pool pump, but could not get the pump to prime, no matter which of the tricks we all try. Chris at North Tarrant Pool Repair was the only service to answer the phone at 5PM. Chris coached me through several other trouble shooting steps but pump would not cycle up pressure. Chris could have told me to wait until Monday, but instead he came right out and got the pump kicking out normal pressure. THANK YOU, CHRIS! Great job. Courteous. Professional.
