"They were friendly, honest (so many other contractors outright lie to you), accurate with their bid, prompt with keeping the installation appointment and thorough from the initial contact to the completion of the job. Service rep followed up with an inspection after the job was complete. Only 2 things I could say were slightly annoying were the screws left on the garage floor (but I was expecting some anyway from a previous contractor's work) and the fact that the sales rep did not deliver the rebate forms until it was almost too late to claim the rebate."

We had a good discussion of the merits of tinting various windows/doors through out the house and settled on those that faced south and east. Brian was also helpful in selecting the best level of tint for each set of windows. (For west windows with no view, I went with solar screens from a different company.) Brian was very professional as was office who scheduled the installation and the installer. The installation was done efficiently and looks great.
