"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. "Ed and Amy did interior painting for us last year and we were very pleased. We did not hesitate to call them to give us an estimate to repaint the exterior or our house. They promptly came in February and provided us with a realistic estimate and their schedule was open for April. That worked for us and we agreed to go ahead with them. On day one they pressure treated all the sides of the house. Day two was the prep work of covering windows, etc. Painting started in Wednesday and finished up on Friday including the painting of our front and very large back lanai. Ed and Amy did an excellent job and we are very pleased."

"Jose and his assistant did a fantastic job and met all of our expectations and more. He was professional, honest, transparent, and his price for ALL the work we had done was VERY REASONABLE. Our house looks brand new and totally refreshed. Our 3,000 square foot house was completely repainted including power washing prep and taping off all windows, garage doors, facia, soffit, cedar trim, gutters, and down spouts. We additionally had the two decks off the back of the house sanded, repaired, and repainted. They look great. "I’m so glad we had the driveway painted! It finished off the clean crisp look of the house and is more hygienic as the unfinished concrete had dirt and mold on it. I don’t have to worry about that now, the water just beads off the driveway with a quick wash with the hose. Sal did a great job and we didn’t have to keep the cars off the driveway but a few days."

"Ira sent a team of guys (3) to the house as scheduled and they went right to work. I had cleaned out most of the garage so they were able to start quickly. They used a machine to grind the garage floor to bare concrete. The garage had lots of cracks so they filled them in with an epoxy crack filler. Once this was done and dry they rolled on the base color. They rolled the top coat and threw the flakes on the floor. Scraped the excess flakes off and i think another top coat, can't remember exactly. I went with the Poly Aspartic system since it was a one day process over the epoxy system which would have been 3-4 days. Yes it was a bit more expensive but the results are great and it has a great warranty. IMPORTANT NOTE -  the stuff really smells and since it's in your garage it will seep into your house. Be prepared to deal with the smell for about a day, we left the garage door open a crack over several nights to help with the smell. I could walk on it within a couple of hours and parked the car on it the following day. Looks awesome.About a week later they came to start on the driveway, walkway and lania. They pressure washed one day and started the work the following day. They put down the base coat, we selected a two color acrylic system with a template design. After that the stencil was laid down followed by the top coat being applied by sprayer. This was all done by 2 guys, they'd been doing this for quite some time, you could tell. After the top coat dried they removed the stencil and you could see the design and colors. Once all was cleaned up from overspray they applied two coats of sealer. WARNING.... this stuff smells real bad, worse than the garage!!!! My wife and child had to leave one night because of the smell. All in all the driveway and lanai look great. Have received lots of comments from neighbors wanting to do the same to their house. I'll try and figure out how to add photos here soon."

"Project took a little longer than expected but the crews were working during the hottest weeks of the year. Met or exceeded expectations. The few issues with minor aesthetics were discussed with the crew and solutions they suggested worked out well and look good. Dennis was very knowledgeable and approachable. Could easily contact him via text to go over any issues. Overall good work. Would recommend to friends and family and definitely consider for any future home improvements"
