"I needed to find a contractor to build my front porch project and after talking to 4 of them and never heard back from them, I found Rickey Thru Home Advisor. I gave him a call and he was pleased to know about my project. He is amazing, understanding, professional, kind, pleasant to work with.He explained everything that I needed to know and updated me every step. He was on top of everything. Very organized with each team that he has. We had a little struggle with the county, for the permit and inspections but that didnâ  t stop him and he made thru . Very patient!! He works with amazing people. Billy and Jen did the finishing touches on my porch. They did a. great job. Im so thankful that I met them all and for the work they all done on my new Porch. "The owner Ira came out to do the estimate. He was very professional and seems to know the products and industry. We had a few issues, but overall the finished job is beautiful and I'm glad we did it. Issues: The stone samples provided were not sealed, so it was impossible for me to know what the final color would be. Be prepared for either a surprise, or ask Ira for addresses where the product is installed and sealed. I'm glad I did. We had a very specific schedule to work by. My husband needed to be here on the day of grading so he could deal with a drain pipe that had to be moved, and we made this point clear when we were scheduling it. My husband took the day off to be home, but the guys only showed up that day to start work at 3-4PM and only got as far as clearing. The grading did not get done on that day. The grading did not get done as we asked for it to. We wanted the entire patio to slope away from the house. The first good rainstorm after the installation revealed that just a 'v' like indentation was made to divert the water. It starts from the screened-in area back door and runs to an edge. I fear that we might end up with water inside the house with an extended rainstorm or hurricane. As I stated earlier, the patio is beautiful. The biggest issue I have is the grading."

Even as they were at removing the existing siding, gutter, etc., they always cleaned up before leaving for the day. I appreciated this especially because this was not just a one day job.
