"Good overall company, but they lack communication... I would give them a "D" for that. installers were sloppy as well, nails all over the driveway and in pool as well as loose shingle pcs all over the place. Installers lacked supervision big time. Now overall did they do a good job....yes I believe so, it looks great and their 15 yr warranty is best in the industry. But very sloppy and again lacked supervision... I had to makes tons of phone calls to get answers. Home office needs to monitor the job better & keep homeowner in the loop on everything that is going on & not rely on one field supervisor as he is probably spread too thin. They also dented my garage door which I need to address with them."

"Weather was our biggest issue. Storms throughout the summer continued to require that we reschedule the start of our work. With each reschedule, Ed contacted us in advance and we easily found new start times. When the work started Ed arrived on schedule and worked diligently until the job was complete. From my description of the job, it is easy to tell that this job required special expertise in addressing the various issues on the walls themselves. Ed knew just the proper products and had the professional skill to solve all of them. Walls were scraped, resealed and stucco was repaired. Amy, Ed's wife, is an expert in doing detail work. It was done to perfection. Their son also works with his mom and dad. Again, a polite gentleman and skilled craftsman. We are so happy with the work done and have complete confidence in its quality. Oh, and the issue of color, just ask Amy. Along with Ed and their son's expertise, we selected on a combination of colors that looks wonderful.....I was a little afraid at first because some darker shades were selected (remember, I'm a plain vanilla girl). Trust the Staibs, they really know what they are doing. They replaced all our old door hardware and spray painted all the french doors/ windows. The outside of our house looks brand new and we've had numerous compliments from neighbors. Next year we're doing the inside of the house, I'm going to get on their schedule. Wouldn't have anyone else complete the work."

"Brian arrived at the house to collect info for estimating the job. Brian arrived 5 minutes ahead of the designated time.  I was impressed and learned that being on time and ahead of  schedule was always Brian's goal.  Brian worked with the cabinet maker designing a layout for the replacement cabinets.  The results was better utilization of the existing space.  We make an appointment to meet with the cabinet maker to select material and style to be used. Next we went to pick out the granite for the countertops. That visit resulted in an upgrade in granite to be used. Brian suggested we consider a granite sink in our design. All was selected and we were ready to go.
Brian coordinated his contractors and determined the start date. No delays. On the first day, the old kitchen was removed from the house.  Great care was taken in covering furniture to minimize the dust and the area was cleaned at the end of the day. Day 2 and 3 the cabinets were delivered and installed. The installer took great pride in his work and did not rush through the installing process.  Day 4 the granite contractor arrived to measure for cutting the granite.  He measured 3 or 4 times to make sure everything would be just right.  On day 5 the granite was installed.  We were pleased that the granite was able to be installed without seams.  GREAT JOB!  The backsplash was a rough tile and that part of the job was completed on day 6.  On day 7 all the electrical was completed.  We had 7 recessed lights installed on a dimmer and a new microwave installed over the stove. The electrical panel was updated.
One week from start to finish. Work area was cleaned up every evening to allow us to live and use the area during the construction. Brian said it would be a week and it was a week.  Price was agreed to and never adjusted.
Result! WOW.  More space to store things in the kitchen area. We are both pleased beyond belief at the results.
