"This solved a huge issue in our newly purchased home. "Very professional and diligent. They cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the pipe. Now, my dryer is running better than when it was new. While they were in my home, I mentioned I was having a problem with my stove hood fan rattling which was not a part of the original deal with the dryer vent cleaning. They spent a lengthy period of time removing some of the kitchen cabinetry to get to the fan itself which had originally been installed incorrectly when the kitchen was remodeled by another contractor. They persevered, even though it was time-consuming, and now my stove over-hood fan works beautifully. I could not be happier! I live in a small, gated community. The homeowners are always seeking professionals to do various tasks. We stay in touch with each other as to who is a good hire and who not to hire. I will certainly recommend Exterior Metals as a company with a good work ethic. I am hoping to have them back in the near future to clean my home's air ducts. After that service is completed, I will write another review.

"These gentlemen were very professional, informative, and very cooperative. When they discovered more damage to my roof, they inquired me before proceeding. They are still my go to contractors for my homes in MS while living out of state.

"I had Re-Roofing America do work for me and they did a good job. The reason for the "average" rating is because Angi inserted themselves in the middle of the project, and they added absolutely no value to the project. Ango assigned a Project Manager (PM). Everything they told me was not true and/or did not happen. As a PM for a project, you are suppose to stay on top of the project, and be proactive in making sure project is on schedule. The PM told ReRoofing America was going to call me before job started, wrong. The PM told me told me materials were being brought by Re-Roofing America, wrong. The PM never contacted me before the job making sure everything was on track and never contacted me during the job to see how things were going. The only contact I had was for payment. I recommend Re-Roofing America, but I strongly do not recommend Angi being part of the project. Work with Re-Roofing America directly and tell Angi to stay out of the middle. Things will go much smoother."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"Everything went great.  Several days before they did our job, the shingles were delivered.  The roofers came on the day we had decided upon and were on time. They were quick as lightening and very polite.  When they began removing the old roofs, they put tarps in our yard and when they finished the tarps were removed.  We have never found one nail in our yard or driveway and they cleaned up beautifully.  The shingles look great and have not given us any problems through strong wind storms and rain this winter.  We would certainly use them again should the need arise.

"We hired them to replace/replace interior and exterior doors. Not only did they do the job exceptionally well, staff was absolutely amazing. Jeff helped us with specific guidance and kind professionalism. They do EVERYTHING- except gutters. They even hung a heavy mirror for me at an unbelievable price- just because I mentioned the new mirror! Very thoughtful! We have an heirloom dresser with a back mirror that’s been broken for years- Jeff has made arrangements for that to be fixed, too! It means a lot to me because it was a present from my late mother. It’s finally being restored to its full glory. They will DEFINITELY be our go-to in the future. I highly recommend them for your go-to also! You can’t go wrong!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
