"I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. Here's the email YOU guys sent me.....Read it. It says IN THE MORNING. "Happy to say I finally found someone reliable, he said he's coming at 8 he was there by 8:15 (not like the other guys that gave me a 4 hour window of when they "may show up if we have time") he was well priced and when he finished the work he actually cleaned up after himself 10/10 would hire him again for future projects. "
