"Frank came out when he said he would. He did the motor replacement in less than we thought it would take. After he was done, we decided to just have the whole door replaced. It was going on 25 years since our home was built and we felt more comfortable knowing that we wouldn't have to have someone come out for other parts that would have eventually gone bad. "Problem: Car backed into door which was slightly bent and off the rails. Mel, Cindy, Angelo were quick to visit, assess and temporarily fix for free so door would open/close again! This allowed for relaxed time to replace the bent door. Again the team was great to iterate and evaluate options of replacing a single panel or all panels. As colors of new single panel did not fully match the existing panel, we did full panel replacement. Very good experience in project support. Would use again. Thanks."
