"The process went very smoothly, from Terry helping us shop flooring choices and granite options, to scheduling of the install. While Terry was in our home discussing options, I voiced my wish that I had more cabinet space in the kitchen. He said "No problem, I can match what you have and add a cabinet". We took him up on that offer and are very pleased with the space and it looks like the cabinet was always there. This is the 3rd time we have used CCCM and have always been happy with their work. When we had questions, CCCM has always responded promptly. We found that Jody and his crew were on schedule and cleaned up well when they were done. CCCM Inc. is a busy contractor as are most good ones. They took into account our budget and offered options. I felt they always kept our best interest in mind. "Since parts of the house are over 100 years old, I knew that I would need a lot of new decking under the roof. I also needed drip edge material installed to prevent ice dam problems that I had been experiencing. I also needed trim repair and gutters. Everything turned out great. The timing was great as well. that got it done in 3 days working dawn to dusk just before the cold weather set in. The acid test was the one stretch in January where we got at least 18 inches of snow without a thaw. I had the ice dams as usual but no leaks this time. This outfit is very professional and is a real bargain if your looking for top quality workmanship. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top.
