"I hired this company to replace siding the fascia and Soffits of my home, as well as the siding on the Chimney. The quality of the work was good. There are a couple of places where there was a gap between the siding and the brick on my home I wish they had sealed. The job did take a little longer to complete than I had expected. "I first had windows replaced by this company, and later had my roof and gutters done by them as well. I paid two to three times more than local quotes mainly because of their heavily advertised ?lifetime transferable warranty.? The window was installed first. When it later had a simple closing issue, they pushed the service appointment out to April or May. I ended up fixing it myself. Two years after the roof replacement, this winter I noticed wet spots on my ceiling and wall, and even wet carpet ? something that never happened before. Again, they scheduled the inspection for May and said they were too busy to come sooner. That makes the warranty feel meaningless when you actually need help. The sales pitch was impressive, and they clearly invest heavily in marketing. But based on my experience, the warranty service has been very disappointing. If you are choosing them mainly for the warranty, be cautious."
