Mohamed laid out my repair options, but told me that the repairs might be short-lived and I might still have to buy a new unit. I really appreciated his kind responses to my questions and concerns. He didn't mansplain everything as most repair technicians do when speaking with women. For a small fee, Mohamed also did a maintenance check on my Kitchenaid dishwasher that had leaked a few times recently. Since the repair fee was 1/4 the cost of a new refrigerator, I had Mohamed replace the refrigerant. This will give me some time to find a new unit should I need to purchase one in the near future. For any future appliance repairs, I'll call Mohamed."
