"I interviewed several contractors for my main bathroom remodel and chose VKB for their professionalism, design, and overall approach to the process. My objective was to have a large shower with a seat since the existing shower was the size of a phone booth and the bathroom configuration presented challenges. From the very first meeting with the design consultant, BURJU, I was impressed with her ideas and suggestions and her willingness to work within my established budget. She didn't recommend or suggest unnecessary or unwanted over the top items that would have blown my budget. "Oral and his team at Z+O were absolutely outstanding to work with and we are very happy with the remodel. Z+O fully demolished and remodeled two full baths and replace the floor of a third half bath. They were extremely fast and completed the work in two weeks, about one week per bathroom. There are a few things that made us appreciate the work: (1) Oral walked us through the options for picking out tiles, fixtures, vanities, vanity tops, and paint. We had some ideas of what we wanted but did not know 100% and so it was incredibly helpful to have Oral walk us through and recommend matching components. (2) The Z+O crew themselves, German and Jose, are phenomenal at their trade. Not only does the final remodel look great, they did many small details such as moving light fixtures up so mirrors fit better, shifting a drain line slightly so a vanity lined up better, and relocating a GFCI outlet to a better location as a part of the package. These things take time and effort and we were not charged extra for the work, it was just included as a part of the overall effort. Finally, (3) Z+O was super easy to communicate with. Oral was super responsive to several small change requests we made as well as keeping us up-to-date on timelines. We'd absolutely hire Z+O again for other remodel work. Thank you Oral and Z+O!"

"I purchased a $59 coupon for 1 hour plastering/drywall repair and paid c. $130 for each additional hour/part thereof. Mike (the owner) came for a preliminary visit to look at what we needed done and give an estimate.  He was easy to reach, courteous and professional.  Joe came a few days later to do the work.  He too was punctual (arrived even a few minutes early) and polite and professional, worked quickly and cleaned up any mess.  I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the work in terms of quality and the professionalism of Mike and Joe.  I would definitely cal City Renovations and Remodeling again and recommend them to my friends.

The owner and the manager were highly attentive to details throughout the process; the on-site crew were not only solid and careful, but also creative in finding solutions to odd issues that came up. The owner was always available by phone to provide guidance through the processes of selecting tile, cabinetry, fixtures, windows, floor heating or just to answer and address our questions as they arose. Most importantly, when we had a family medical emergency, WaterStone bent over backwards to get our bathroom into good enough working order that we could move back to our first floor. "The Elite Home Remodeling Group did a phenomenal job. We live in a late 1800’s farm house close to DC. Most of the plumbing and electrical work is original. The job started out as just a plumbing project to fix a leaking pipe but after taking with Sydney about every we needed it turned into a plumbing project, a dining room repair and refresh. Angel and his team were punctual and professional. They made sure that my husband and I knew what they were doing and why as they moved through our project. Access to other parts of our home were blocked off to reduce the dust and debris. The project was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to our daily routine.
