The county permit process caused hurdle after hurdle to get the permits but Rafe kept on the county and we finally got the permits and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We then put the house on the market for sale and had moved to our new out-of-the-area location. The hot water tank in the basement decided to let loose causing major damage to the basement.
