""After 15 years of enduring water and flooding damage to our yard and the foundation of our house, and after trying various 'solutions' from well-intentioned landscapers that never truly resolved the issues, we ultimately decided to engage Drainage and Erosion Solutions. We required comprehensive flood control and damage mitigation, and their expert team skillfully implemented swales, dry creeks, catch basins, and channel drains in areas where water management was critical. They also replaced a water-damaged window well, removed a flagstone patio to install drain basins and drainage pipes, and flawlessly reinstalled it. The supervisor and crew displayed remarkable knowledge, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to detail throughout the entire project. This system has been operational for several months now, and even during the most intense rainfall, which historically led to road flooding, my house and foundation remain dry. We enthusiastically endorse this company without reservation.""

"John from AA Waterproofing showed up on time to analyze the water problem coming through my foundation. He showed me a video that gave me all the alternatives to fixing it with the internal French Drain showing the best results - and warrantied for any future problems for both me and anyone who buys my house in the future. Although this is not an inexpensive solution, it appears to be the best. John did a nice job of responding to all my questions both during the inspection and afterwards. I did do some research on the costs and AA's bid came in down the middle range. The crew (4 men) showed up on time (actually an hour early) and immediately got to work covering all the steps down to the basement and the front entry way. They also put plastic covering over all the stuff in the unfinished basement. The work went quickly and neatly as could be expected. Sam, the foreman, did a good job of answering my questions and showing me the progress. They had 70 feet of internal digging and piping to be done to connect to a new sub pump that was part of the bid. All in all, the job too two days (much faster than anticipated) and looks good. After cementing (special hydro pressure cement) the wall where the crack existed, Sam also installed an extra mold proof walling over the that area. Overall, the work looks good with a nicely done cementing of the drain around the perimeter of my basement. So far we have not experienced enough rain to test the results, but I feel confident that this was the best solution done by a very competent company."

"Working with Lux was an easy experience on my foundation work. Thomas was very knowledgeable in knowing how to fix the problem and did it well. He explained what needed to be done and did it. Worked all day, no sitting around or talking on the phone. If he needed to go somewhere to pick up materials he would come to me and let me know. He was great. I would recommend this company, and Russ the manager was very helpful getting me a hire date fast. Thanks again.."

"This was a huge job. A complete basement waterproofing - new internal drains installed and two new sump pumps installed. The guys were great - came on time worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. The only negative was at the completion of work when it was time to pay the amount was less than what was originally quoted. I told the guy that and he insisted that it was what he had. I even showed him the quote on paper. I paid it - glad it was less, but a few days later got a call from the office telling me I needed to pay another $1600 (the difference between the original quoted price and at the time of service price) I told her what the guy told me and she got a little rude saying "well you knew what the quoted price was" - yeah I DID know and was prepared to pay but after install HER guy insisted it was the price he had. I wasn't trying to get out of paying but the confusion on how much it costs was with the people working there. I didn't appreciate her attitude as if I was trying to skimp out of paying. Nevertheless, I ended up with this additional payment. However, the work is supposed to be guaranteed for life. No complaints there."

"I just had ET General Contractor Inc. install a new patio at my home. Julio is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He and his crew worked hard, completed the project within our timeframe and was affordable. My project was extensive but Julio and his team made it look like a breeze. If you are looking for any kind of home improvement and/or landscaping, I highly encourage you to call Julio."

"Clifton Contracting does outstanding work. The drainage and water erosion solution installed by Clifton Contracting at our home gives us peace of mind, no matter how heavy the rainfall. After a neighbor on ground higher than us installed yard drains for his gutters that were directed at us, we were inundated with water every rain event. Since Clifton's drainage solution, we have no problems. Their work was efficient, professional and well worth the reasonable cost."

"We had Andrew come out to assess our basement water issue. We had 2 sump pumps installed along with a drainage system. Andrew, Mendoza and their crew were delightful to work with. I would highly recommend Best Buy Wayerproofing."

"If you're looking to repair a foundation crack via the epoxy injection method, look no further than Fairfax Contractors. Fairfax Contractor "Victor" uses the same method on your residence that he used to repair cracks in the Washington Monument after the 2011 earthquake. His effort was part of a 15 million dollar repair project on the monument and earned him an excellence award from a grateful nation."

"We live in Potomac Md and utilized â  58 Foundations for the installation of a sump pump, french drain and various other water damage prevention measures. Sheldon was our technician and he was absolutely exemplary. Completely honest, extremely thoughtful, did exactly what he said he would do and did it very well . I can be a pretty tough customer and Sheldon was one of the best people I ever dealt with. We have had some very persistent issues with water around the house. He thoughtfully addressed each problem and to the extent there were any issues, he identified the issue and dealt with it thoroughly. I would highly recommend Sheldon and â  58 Foundations."

"Good people to work with, professional in every way. Normally when we received 2" of rain water would start entering the basement. When we receive 3" the basement floor would be covered. Two days after installing their system our area received 8.5" of rain and our basement remained dry, not a drop got in the house. These guys know what they are doing."
