"5 stars doesn't even do Ismael and his team justice-they not only do amazing, high quality work but they truly care about you and your home. Ismael actually refinished the floors in my condo ~10 years ago when I first moved in and recently after I had water damage the restoration company arranged their flooring subcontractor to fix my hardwoods. Unfortunately that subcontractor completely botched the job leaving my floors in even worse condition-needing a rescue I re-found Ismael and he completely saved me and my floors. He responded back to my initial reach-out in less than an hour (on a weekend!) and Monday morning he was there to provide an assessment, Wednesday morning they started work and by Thursday I had my beautiful floors back. He kept me updated throughout the process and genuinely took the time to ensure the work was done right and showed nothing but kindness and care for my home. A+++ ... the only flooring company I will ever choose and recommend to others."

"Danny and team did a phenomenal job laying down luxury laminate flooring in our condo’s basement. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Danny took a look at our basement, and knew right away the best flooring to go with. The samples he brought over were beautiful and the quality of the luxury laminate is outstanding. On the day of installation the crew did an outstanding job. They finished the job in record time, even with some unexpected issues (our floor was not level, we needed trim, etc). Everyone was extremely polite and communication was great. In addition the team noticed a few things around our place that needed fixing (wobbly door, broken floorboard upstairs) and took care of them for no charge. I can’t imagine having a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend Modern Quality Flooring for your home projects."

"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

The quote was reasonable and we hired them, Once we closed our on home, Quality Flooring came in installed new Vinyl flooring and carpet. They installed everything before the movers delivered our furniture. They did a great job!
