He was a pleasure to work with and the price quote was more than acceptable. I did accept and within the week the crew arrived to do the installation. We purchased an older home and have had a series of mechanical issues (AC / Furnace) and recently had to replace our hot water heaters. "The installers arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary materials and equipment. They were professional, courteous and friendly, and were careful to clean up before leaving. Because of the cramped quarters in our boiler room, they had to remove part of one wall for the installation but they were careful to notify us of this beforehand to get our OK, and to perform the removal in a way that made the repair easy. Also, since it was a two day job, they were careful to install the water heater first so that we could have hot water in the evening before the second day. All work was done to our satisfaction and we feel that we received good value for our money. We would have no hesitation in recommending JML for any heating or cooling work."
