"We had an amazing experience working with Reuben & crew to install hardwood flooring throughout our 3500sqft house. We shopped around to several companies and not only was Reuben the lowest bid but he was the quickest to call us back with a quote. They were professional throughout the process and had great communication. We had the floors installed while on vacation. The floors arrived and demo began the day we left. Upon return, the floors had been installed and Reuben Jr prepared several stain samples to help us make a color selection and patiently answered all of questions. "We chose Instyle Interior Construction because a close family member had a 10-year professional relationship with the company?s owner, Emil Bilba. Unfortunately, Emil completely took advantage of the trust we placed in him. Our project was a large-scale home remodel involving multiple bathrooms, a kitchen, and new windows. From the very beginning, Emil pressured us into proceeding without obtaining city permits ? which, in hindsight, should have been our first red flag. As the project progressed, so did the problems. "I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful.
