The only issue I had was that it was not explained to me that it would be necessary to hammer a large amount of holes (somewhere around 40 holes) in order to run the electrical wiring through the ceilings, and it was an unpleasant surprise to learn the additional amount of money I had to expend to have another contractor repair those holes. I definitely think this should be explained to the customer beforehand."
