"I called for washer repair after noticing a loud banging noise during the spin cycle. The technician was honest about what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The repair was done quickly, and everything works perfectly now. It’s refreshing to find a trustworthy appliance repair service"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"They came quickly and fixed our gas dryer coil issue the next day, which I appreciated. So why not 5 stars? The initial diagnosis felt a bit rushed — without opening the panel, they suggested replacing extra parts that didn’t seem directly related. I would have more confidence if they had shown me the inside, explained the problem, and justified the parts needed, rather than leaning toward the higher-cost option. That said, the repair was completed quickly and the dryer is working again, so overall I’m satisfied with the service."

"Aldo cam to my home quickly and fixed a leak under the sink. Fast and professional. I would recommend them for their fast service and reasonable price."

"Shia of Appliance Mann was in one word the BEST!!!!!!!! He showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong with my washer/dryer expedited the needed part with my service provider came back in a couple of days and fixed it. Most important I could see what a top notch mechanic he is by the way he took apart the machine so carefully and put everything back the same way! He also stood back and ran the machine to see if it worked before he left- how many mechanics do that? last but not least he treated my house like his own. He was so careful where he worked not to scratch the appliance or hit the walls in the laundry room which made my wife happy. I can say this. I have extended warranties on my other appliances with Service Assurance (my contractor) and if I call them again I will DEMAND that they send Shia!!!"

"He was very professional and organized. Everything went as it should , he moved furniture. He did an excellent job painting, he had to do a little light spackling and sanding in a spot or two and again he did it well. His clean up was done well. I would definitely recommend him, quality work."

"They assess the repair of both washer and dryer correctly. Ordered parts and cleaned dryer vent and replaced needed part in both appliances properly."
