The initial meeting (of one hour including travel) is $85.00, which will be applied to the cost of the project. Subsequent and additional meeting costs are lumped into the overall cost of the project. Design fees are charged and the drawing/s remain the property of Martin Dehmler, until the costs for same are paid to same. There is a bid price given and any changes to the project are only performed with a written change order. There is an initial deposit paid to the contractor equal to at least 50% of the total cost. Upon completion and delivery of the project, the remaining balance is due.
