We had discovered a broken flange when we started to install our toilet and felt like we needed a professional to handle it. Lucky installed a stainless steel adapter ring and fixed the problem. He was very helpful in our initial phone conversation and showed up on time on the day of the job. In addition to being friendly and informative, his workmanship was stellar. Our faucet and water filtration system works great, and he prepped me with how to maintain it well. I will certainly be recommending him to friends!"

He replaced our hot water heater, water regulator, and did some indoor plumbing repairs, also, He was done by three very professional and friendly."

"I found out this morning that my supply line from the water meter was broken. After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

This was a big deal purchase. It was okay. I am still having issues with one of the things they repaired. The first thing was that he did not have the parts needed and he had to leave. He took a couple of hours coming back so he did not complete the job on the same day and had to reschedule to complete. To this day the kitchen faucet is still leaking. This will be the third time I have had to call them to fix it. I need them to fix what I paid for them to do. I am not going to pay somebody else to fix what they should have fixed. They are charging me to come back out. He was on time.

"Yes, they worked at restoring the heater on my water heater, went and got the part they needed, and made sure they got the heat restored and the temperature set to my satisfaction. They also made sure they put everything back to the way it was when they arrived. They were very pleasant and professional. Have them in my phone book--hope I DON'T need them, but if I do need a plumber, their number is in my book!"
