First year we discovered the water heater was improperly ventilated and would not function and had to be replaced. Improperly sealed tile. Leaking sink. Crumbling concrete steps. Most problematic has been the multiple roof leaks every year for seven years. Two bedrooms and one bathroom have had roof leaks.
