"I needed some siding matched and repaired on my house. Unlike most contractors recommended to me, Spensir actually showed up and presented an estimate. He wasn't the highest or lowest bidder. He was upfront that they were extremely busy and would get to me as quick as they could. The crew did a good job and I am overall happy with the transformation of my house. I would consider hiring him again for other projects."

"Jason came out to repair my soffit that some racoons had damaged. He did an excellent job. Jason is an outstanding professional. Works closely with the customer and is very personable. He also removed a couple of old satellite dishes that I've been wanting to have taken down for years. I highly recommend Jason Lance LLC and I'm looking forward to hiring him again for a future project."

"AJ was awesome. I needed a deck foundation built for a resin shed I am planning to put on top of it. AJ did everything I asked for and more. He had ideas that were above and beyond the original scope of work and implemented them. He was easy to work with and straight forward in his communication. He came by to give an estimate, three days later the job was complete. Thanks for everything AJ!"

"Wonderful company. Will recommend them for all household renovations."
