"We originally contacted several painters, and got several estimates.  LOPCO's was among the lowest, and we were impressed with the references and the portfolio book and his attitude.  Once we decided upon using them, we were put in contact with a color coordinator/designer, who walked us through some ideas and was very helpful about helping us decide on a color scheme (which, a year or so later, we still very much like).  He also made available some contractors that he uses to repair all of the trim and soffetts that had rotted.  This work was done very quickly.  Once the colors were decided, they went out, and purchased the paint.  Before the painting began, since we have aluminum siding, particular care was taken in prepping and cleaning the siding.  Once the house was dry, and the weather good, the house was painted.  
At every turn, the workers showed up when he said they would, and were finished when they estimated they would be finished.  All communication was very prompt and positive, and the results make it look like a different house (a much nicer house).  I would and actually have recommended them to local family members.

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! "Paid up front for service. Only came once or twice. Had said it would be plowing but only snowblower used and shoveled only once. Think they have over-reached their actual abilities. Seems as though it is a very slim workforce. Actual work that was performed was satisfactoryl Had two light storms in past weeks but no-one showed up either time. Good thing I had several neighbors who helped me clean driveway. Happy it will soon be Spring!"

"After performing demo workout, our previous contractor took our $$ and ran. Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of.
