He’s been able to help me re-side multiple homes with cement fiber board, he’s has remodeled bathrooms, drywall repair and in many places complete reconstruction. He has done an amazing job reframing countless windows and doors for me. He has built fences for me, and rewired large sections of homes for me as well. Skylight installation, roof repair, painting…the list goes on. In truth I’ve utilized his skills and knowledge so much that I often wonder how I was able to do things before I was introduced to him. His work has always been above and beyond what I expected and his rates have obviously been more then reasonable, otherwise I wouldn’t have utilized his services so many times. "Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"

"David, the project manager that came out was phenomenal. The bathroom renovation had gone beautifully. I am giving David the highest grade because of his persistence and great attitude. He always made sure we are happy with the outcome and he wasn't going to leave till we said we love everything and I really appreciate that. Moreover he was personable, clearly took pride in his work and didn't leave until him and his crew thoroughly cleaned everything. Overall an excellent company and a great guy & team."

"The shed was built from ground up. It's 8x10, there's a shelf that's goes from
one side to the other side. There is a 36in door with a lock and a dead bolt lock
which makes it very secure.

During our first meet he over heard me tell my husband that it would be nice if
there was a light in there just in case we have to go into the shed at night. 
Well to my surprise he installed a light that runs off of solar, the light came
with 3 settings. I love it and yes I have been in the shed at night.

He made me feel like he really aim to please and he listens to his customers. I
would definitely use Repair & Remodel Experts again. I not only recommend

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
