They handled everything from estimating to working with my HOA and insurance company so I didn't have to deal with that headache. Everyone I have dealt with from Trio was friendly and they informed me of every step. I love how everything came out and I have them scheduled to come back out in July to build my dream deck so I can enjoy this summer outside. Definitely give these guys a call. "Overall, I am very satisfied with my downstairs bathroom remodel. They demoed, rebuilt and and re-tiled the shower, removed and re-tiled the space as well as custom installed a vanity and sink in a very challenging space. Jimmy Jr. was very responsive from beginning to end and responded and fixed some quality control issues when their was a little miscommunication. I wanted to finish the drywall and paint to save a little and they worked with me though the drywall installation was a bit rough and took a bit of effort to mud and tape. They were prompt and worked hard. We had some surprises revealed after demo that required upwards adjustment of the price and they were fairly reasonable in negotiating this. Jimmy Jr works hard and fast as the project manager."

"We hired 614 Drywall for a rather large drywall project as part of our whole house remodel. We had ~2500 sq ft of walls & ceilings skim-coated to remove the existing texture, some new drywall hung, some corner bead and J-bead installed, and a few patches performed. First of all, I must say that the customer service was fantastic. Emilio was very communicative, polite, respectful, and empathetic. Most importantly, he was quick to address the issues that cropped up and put me at ease. He very much wanted me to be completely satisfied with the work, and there was quite a bit of work to be done. I will also share that I can sometimes be a difficult person to please. Not once did Emilio or his crew act unprofessionally or complain. For these reasons, I give them 5 stars for customer service and for 5 stars for value. So although I am not giving 5 stars across the board, please understand that I'm a perfectionist and sometimes too critical! With respect to the work quality, I give 4 stars as there were a few minor issues worth noting. This rating is partly because it was up to me to find the issues in quality and point them out for repair, which is time consuming and kept me from working on other jobs. Ideally it would be the project manager that would do that rather than the customer. There were a few tape joints that needed to be redone multiple times as the cracks kept re-appearing. It wasn't until some reinforcement and hot mud were used that the cracks stopped. There were also some areas where the skim coat was not applied or not applied thick enough to cover the old texture completely. But thankfully not in a highly visible area. We requested a 'Level 5' finish on our walls and ceilings to go for a modern look, which turned out to be very hard and time consuming to achieve in a 1960's home with existing drywall and texture. While smooth, the surfaces are not technically of 'Level 5' quality if you inspect closely with a light. In reality, my expectations should've probably been adjusted by the project manager upfront now knowing after the fact that a 'Level 5' finish is hard/impossible to do in an old home with existing drywall. Regardless, in the end I am very happy with the result and would definitely look to hire this company again in the future. If you are on the fence, know that you won't regret hiring this company!"

"We hired Galto Residential Contracting to remove the popcorn ceiling from the entire first floor of our house, plus the second floor stairway and hallway areas. I was given a competitive bid (one of four bids received) and we scheduled to work. Andy Galto and his crew arrived as scheduled, and completed to project in a workman like fashion on a timely basis. Popcorn ceiling removal is inherently messy. The real issue is in prepping the ceiling drywall for a smooth finish. The contractor worked with us to get the smooth white finish we wanted, done to our satisfaction. The premises were cleaned up at the conclusion of the project, though we still had to deal with some of the drywall dust generated though the smooth sanding of the new ceiling. Overall, we are very pleased with the work done, and at a fair price."
