"This was the worst experience I have ever had , he arrived at a rental we handle maintenance for and upon arrival said it appeared to be vacant so we asked for photos to verify the address and if the home appeared to be occupied , he then asked for a trip fee before he would send any photos we asked for , at this point we agreed and sent the trip fee upon receiving the fee Mr, gunderson did not believe that we had sent the funds even though we sent a screenshot of the payment sent won?t confirmation number, he actually made us sit on a call between his and his bank to verify which we gladly did, once it was verified he stated he would send the photos immediately, after about 5 mins he sent a new message stating he spoke with the app Chat GPT and it said that he shouldn?t send them photos because it sounded like a scam, so he proceeded to tell us he would not send photos unless we send additional funds, he is a scam I would never recommend !!! "

"Jordan was awesome! He initially sent one of his guys out to check for some gurgling and sediment in our plumbing in the basement. They took a good look and found some grading issues with our pipes. Jordan followed up with me after and then committed to coming out himself to determine options. Throughout it all he was very communicative and extremely knowledgeable. We discussed some options and moved forward with the one that made the most sense. The issue was addressed and Jordan followed up later on to make sure everything was still good. "Hired Cory to install a new hose bib as we did not have one in our front yard. He came out, did a great job at a reasonable price. Everything was fine until this spring, a couple years later, we had a massive leak & flood in the basement. Cory used appropriate piping which would not freeze if we removed hose. Which we did. However, it needed to be installed with a slight downward pitch. It even says this on the pipe! He installed with a downward pitch going back into the house instead of a slight pitch going down out of the house. Now we have damage in the basement due to this!"
