"Home Genius came out to install a new roof with architectural shingles , gutters and fascia trim on my home. Communication was outstanding, the team was amazing, and knew exactly what was going on with the project. Roofing project was completed by early afternoon and the team worked very efficiently to get this done in 1 day. The gutter installation was scheduled immediately after completion and finished 4 days later. Ali, AJ, Jamie and the entire crew were unbelievable and made things stress free. "The A & V Handyman, LLC did a great job from the start when the estimate was prepared to the end when the project manager walked through the completed job. Alex was our rep who did a great job with removing all of the molded caulk from our shower. He was able to strip the whole shower of the caulking, reapplied a new trim, and left no mess behind! "Oscar Canales, and his associates Levis and Sergio did an excellent job of installing insulation in a bay window overhang at the level of the basement ceiling, followed by repairing a drywall hole due to a needed plumbing repair. They gave a quick estimate, were easy to work with to fine tune the final pricing, and did the work as promised, arriving on time and finishing as planned. They went above and beyond climbing on my roof to identify the source of a leak, that had eluded other companies which had tried to find the problem. This was done at no charge to me. The repair to the front door frame they did for me, to prevent water from entering my home, was done professionally and also as promised. I highly recommend them!"

"I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."
