The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall."

They didn't ask me for any money up front, as a matter of fact I had to remind the installer to take the check after he walked me around the job and showed me how they tilted in to clean. They worked around my schedule and everyone was so nice. The installers were real craftsmen and the windows are great! I only wish I had them replace the sliding glass doors, I guess that will be next years project.
