I was called and texted to know when he was on his way to me. Communication was very good. Josh was worth the wait. He assembled a piece of furniture and fixed an interior door that would not close or latch. He also cleaned the packing materials and took them away.He was very pleasant and communicative. We discussed another job coming up. I will hire this company again."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The price was great, they completed the job in just 2 days, the paint job looks wonderful! But they left quite a big mess all around the house, including paint chips in all our beds, and a large smudge of paint on the brick. We also found a wire that had been either pulled loose or cut. Thankfully, it didn't do anything. But no one told us about this. Would maybe use again but be very explicit about cleaning up and a final inspection."
