"Technician said no clog. That is not the issue with the service. The tech did his job, even acceptable that no clog was noted. However, the charge for the few minutes of service on one drain is unacceptable. No coupon same day discount, no senior discount, or any other type of discount was taken off bill. $285.55 for one small pipe drain clean is unacceptable price gouging at its biggest. They will not be called by any of my family (close, extended) for services again. Friends and neighbors will hear about beware of not getting any discount despite COVID PPE no causing sufficient blindness for the tech to be able to see services were provided to a seniors household. $285 with tax/ one drain - never again from this outfit. "This is the second time that I have used these guys. My basement bathroom was backing up and flooding anytime we used the upstairs bathroom or sinks. This happened Saturday night and Tony showed up Sunday morning to fix it. He was very professional answering all my questions and keeping me very informed of everything he was doing and looking at. He even found another problem and was able to give me a accurate quote on what it will be so I can look at fixing it before it becomes a bigger problem. To finish I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again whenever I have another issue with my home."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"We called Aire Serv out as our AC line was freezing and the air was not coming out cold. The tech who came out told us we need a new evaporator coil, and we have rust in the unit also. We asked what we could do in the meantime so we could stay in the house, he said he could put refrigerant in but we shouldn't cause it's expensive and it would just leak out. We decided to put it in anyway and see if we made it til the new coil got here. We were then informed that the cost of the coil and labor would be $1900 out of pocket and that was after the home warranty. We decided to get a second opinion (our AC was still working fine after three days). We had Elite come out and the tech informed us that there was a small leak in the coil, it didn't need replacing, just tightening and there was no rust. I run a dog sitting business out of my home and I had to cancel dogs for this week because I didn't know if the air would be working. They also charged $389 for 3lbs of refrigerant. I would find a different company, they do not care for customers at all!"
