"I was glad with how fast, friendly, easy it went for me to turn it in and get results quickly. They helped with my Angie's discount so it was good to know i got the best price (less than I imagined) to have this done. The possibility of having mold in a house is stressful enough... glad to have this go smoothly."

"First repairman said all was well and no need to pump septic (had not been pumped for over 15 years!). 2nd person said definitely needed pumping and a pipe needed replacement. Had to call office a few times to get truck back out to my house."

"Robert Pendrey and his team appeared on time, then thoroughly prepped the old surface. After removing the window screens, John even washed all the windows. He power washed our chimney and, for a nominal fee, even our sidewalks and patio! He and his team painted our home beautifully (two coats) and left everything spic and span. What a treat. His fee was $6,200 and we could not be more pleased with the job. Thanks, Robert."

"While there are still a few minor things to be done, overall I was very impressed with the professionalism of Al's (Nate in particular) and the subcontractors. The restoration involved moving a considerable amount of appliances and furniture, and all was replaced safely. I appreciated their handling the bulk of the insurance claim paperwork. While I indicated and quot;excellentand quot; on the price (above), I really have no way of knowing how it would compare with others, but my insurance company apparently agreed with their charges. I would definitely recommend them to others in need of similar services. <br />"

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."

FAQs for toxicity and mold removal projects in Ashland, OR

Remediation should keep mold from returning as long as the moisture source is eliminated. Fix leaks, control humidity, and replace water-damaged materials, then schedule periodic inspections to stay ahead of new growth. With those safeguards, your home can stay mold-free for the long haul while protecting both health and property value.

Most pros recommend leaving the home while they work on mold remediation. Removing mold stirs up airborne spores that can aggravate respiratory issues, and contractors can work more efficiently in an empty space. A short, temporary relocation keeps everyone in your family safe and lets the crew finish the job without interruption.

Mold shouldn’t return once the moisture problem is fixed. Stay vigilant: repair leaks right away, keep humidity below 50 percent with a dehumidifier placed in damp areas, and improve ventilation where needed. Routine checks for leaks and mold and quick repairs go a long way toward keeping your home mold-free.

Mold spores can trigger nasal congestion, throat irritation, coughing, wheezing, eye irritation, or skin rashes. People with asthma, allergies, or weakened immune systems often feel the effects sooner and more intensely. Some molds also release mycotoxins linked to serious respiratory or neurological issues. Swift remediation and better ventilation are the best defenses.
