"At first glance, the house looked great after it was cleaned. Came back a few days later to make sure everything was done correctly?. A lot of things were missed. No cabinets were wiped out or vacuumed. Exterior of fridge wasn?t touched at all, still had years worth of dust on the top. The inside of both the microwave and oven weren?t even touched. Those are just the major items? no need to list out everything here. The one thing that showed a night and day difference was the carpet but still that didn?t look amazing. I paid for a deep clean move out service and instead got a surface level clean you?d expect from a normal cleaning. Not satisfied at all as I?ll have to have someone else come fix what they didn?t do before a tenant can move in. Reached out to Carlos to discuss the issues but no response from him after payment was sent. Not sure how that is helpful with retaining customers but whatever. I?d give zero stars if I could."

"I purchased 11 windows from fairway on 6/27 with a 4-8 week timeframe. They said it may run up to 9-12 weeks due to supply delays and that was fine with me. After 3 months I contacted them and was told they aren’t in with no estimated arrival date. I continued to call and sometimes I was able to get through to the receptionist who was always in her car and didn’t have any additional information to provide. She would always say that Gary would get in contact with me but out of all the calls I made, I was only able to speak to him once. I continued calling and by late October they finally said 5 were in and agreed to install them which was done on 10/31 and said they would discount me $150.. They did not notify me that they were coming to install on that day and left the door to my unit open but at least half were done so I was somewhat relieved!! I proceeded to call until late December and they continued to say no windows. At this point, I asked to cancel them because I was looking at selling and since over 6 months had passed I no longer had need for them. They said this wasn’t an option and that it would have to be canceled through the manufacturer. I asked for that number but they wouldn’t provide it and said she would have to call to check. No update was ever given. Now we are at mid March, a full 9 months since ordering and I have given up on receiving the windows. They required half a deposit upfront which was 2001.58. The windows that I did not receive were going to require more work removing the steel so they were more expensive than the 5 I did get. So in short, over the last 9 months, I ended up receiving half my order and paid $2000 of the $4000 bill but only received $1375 worth of my order. I feel liked I was scammed out of my money for services that were never going to be provided and I just want a return of my deposit that was taken from me. Now after seeing how many others are in the reviews experiencing the same thing I filed a complaint with BBB and my credit card company."

The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. "DFC is a really solid company who puts quality in all of their work. They really assisted us in a bind because the overhead cabinet started to fall of the wall. Apparently the people who renovated the kitchen during the house flip, they used the incorrect screws. DFC came to our rescue and rehung the cabinet and used the proper screws. My anxiety kicked in and I figured if the house flippers had hung that cabinet with the wrong screw, all of these were probably hung improperly too. I spoke to Brian about a renovation and they worked with us on every detail and aspect of our kitchen. Besides our bathroom, which was renovated in 2019, the kitchen is our favorite room in the house. They installed recessed lighting because the kitchen doesn't get much light because the back of the home faces the woods. This was nice because other contractors refused to installed recessed lighting in popcorn ceilings. They added an additional cabinet and pantry to maximize storage, previously that wall had been empty, which I am not a fan of wasted or empty space. They also made a custom shelf that is just so beautiful, it looks like something out of a magazine. Brian, Lillian, and team truly did a remarkable job in turning our drab and inefficient kitchen into a place anyone would love to cook. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their overall home renovations."
