I first called them a few years ago after getting the run around from 2 other pool companies about repairing a hole in the sidewall and replacing my liner. Within 2 days of my call they came to evaluate the situation. The following Monday they came to repair, midweek came to treat water, and by that Friday we were swimming again. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
