"Ashbusters did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing my chimney. They also repaired the chimney cap and the cover. They are not cheap but I want professionals who know what they're doing. I highly recommend Ashbusters."

"One word: amazing! <br />Very responsive, punctual, and professional. <br />His original estimate was fully detailed and he even counted in the removal of an old capped chimney (something we wanted done, but forgot to mention). He walked us through all of the details and even explained how much roof decking would be replaced. <br />The day of the service they showed up early (as expected) and worked hard all day into early evening...was fantastic to see the team at work so diligently. <br />Cleaned up after themselves completely. I found only one small nail wedged in the corner of the foundation dirt, which, when you consider it was a complete tear off, was pretty amazing. <br />He installed long lasting, well built shingles that look great. The work was excellent and we love our new roof. <br /> <br />Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs roof work done. Wish more contractors could be so professional, timely, and diligent. <br />"

"I can't say enough good things about these folks. I had an extensive job, involving 4 chimneys, and mortar repair on a large home. These folks were able to pinpoint (and document through photos) the problems, which went beyond just the chimneys. I also had issues with cracks in my mortar and roof tucks. These guys were conscientious and professional, and obviously cared about the client's home. But the most impressive thing is that they are problem solvers and can do lots of things, which you don't always find these days. They were able to look for and fix a leak that had plagued me for several years, despite multiple calls to the roofer. Excellent service and work."

"They found some damage on the chimney and let me know what repairs needed to be done. I believed what they were telling me. I saw the repairs that needed to be done. I was happy with the service and they were very nice and courteous."

"A new roof these days costs a lot more than I expected, but the last one I purchased for the same home was 20 years ago. Don Kennedy's price was competitive with others, though somewhat higher. We still chose them because we felt more confident in their quality and professionalism and with the fact that they have been around a long time and probably will be in business for many more years. Should any problem arise, I feel sure they'll stand behind their work more than most and will go the extra mile. They started and completed the job pretty much when they said they would, which was tricky given the weather this March. The roof, which is 2 stories and has some tricky angles and valleys, took 3 days, including tear-off, plus an extra day for the metal guys to come in and do some copper flashing. Very impressed with the workmanship and appearance of the job. The gutters maybe went even better. Removed the old gutters one afternoon and came back and installed new gutters the next morning. Done by lunchtime. Beautiful job, and the gutters are draining just as they should. Both crews left a clean site. Everybody involved in the entire project seemed to take pride in their work and to be skilled and knowledgeable. In 20 years or so, I'll report back on how the roof and gutters have stood up."

"The project leader, Jimmy, inspected the roof and submitted a proposal for the repair work on 5/25 which we accepted and got on the work schedule. A repair technician was scheduled to perform the work on 6/30, later than I had hoped, but there was a backlog of work to do. The weather on 6/30 was not good so the technician was rescheduled for 7/7. The technician arrived on time and performed the repair work as specified in the proposal. The following week it rained and the roof was still leaking and another area also was leaking that had not been leaking before. I contacted the office and Jimmy was scheduled to come back on 7/18, which he did. He found the "new" leak and repaired it, and did some more work on the original leak. The weather was pretty dry for the next two weeks, but after another good rain, the roof overhang was still leaking. Jimmy came back again the week of 8/7-8/11 and found the source of the leak and repaired it. The roof passed a stiff test when the remnants of Harvey dumped 6" of rain. I appreciated the efforts of Jimmy to find and fix the problem even though it took a few visits and there were no additional charges."
